Hellbender

 Ok! What a freaking cool movie! I absolutely love the fact that the mom and the daughter are actually in a band...called Hellbender! Damn, I wish my mom was that cool. Well, I wish she was alive, but that's beside the point. This movie felt like an A24, but I don't think it is. It had some really trippy parts (note to self: do NOT give these witches any worms or other animals. They will eat them, trip balls, and go crazy. Honestly, that sort of sounds like fun though so maybe do it). That scene where Izzy is tripping balls over that worm then strikes out after Abby is like "I'm not gay bro" hahahaaaa idk why it is so funny to me. It was just so random. The very end got me too where all of a sudden, she is just flying through the sky hahahaaa some things are just funny to me ok? Damn, but for real though. What a cool mom. I wish I grew up with mom who just nonchalantly is like "you wanna go on a rainy hike?" and just have a forest in the back yard?? Ugh the ultimate dream. I mean...the mom does shut the daughter out from society, but she knows how powerful of a witch she is! It's the classic recipe for child resentment though. Izzy is so cool though. If I interpreted the end of the movie correctly, she had the chance to completely destroy her mother for keeping her from having a normal social life, but she was like "nah, I ain't gonna hurt you, you want anything from the store?" or something like that then flew awayyyy.
