Why can't they do all video game adaptations like this?? (*cough cough cough FNAF cough cough*). I reallllly like this movie. I haven't seen it in ages! Honestly, it reminds me of an old boyfriend I had. He would come over at like midnight and start playing this shit lol. Dude the scene where the cop is burned to death gets meeeee ugh what a brutal way to die. Those poor "witches" back in the day. They way Alessa got her revenge though! Yeah get that bitch! Get that barbed wire in her coochie! I think this movie was a good mix between action, horror and mystery (like the game! Although I am a total poser since I haven't played through a Silent Hill game...). The parts I have played though look very similar to the movie. Even the camera angles seem purposely set to mimic some of the camera angles in the game. Like when the character goes in front of a building or something. I also think the special effects were done pretty well! Some of the characters were legit creepy and I do not feel that way about a lot of "creatures" in films. I'm sorry, but that one scene with all the faceless nurses...yeah I think I would just curl up and die. I ain't trying to make my way through that! I guess maybe if I had a daughter who needed saving, I would hopefully get a huge adrenaline rush and plow through those bitches. Did the end mean that Rose and Sharon got stuck in Silent Hill and can't go back to the real world?? I guess I need to look that up. That's how I interpreted it...
