This movie happened to be playing on Shudder TV in my living room and I stopped what I was doing just to watch the scene that was on. I consider myself more outdoorsy than the average person, but I would neverrrrrrr rock climb like that. Granted, the people in the movie had other safety concerns going on like being hunted, but this group really didn't seem that safe. First of all, why were they doing all this climbing knowing a huge storm was coming in?? When I first starting watching this movie, I thought it was going to be very similar to the movie Fall where they would be stuck up on the cliff side, but noooo! That was just part of the movie! The movie was centered around a girl who had been kidnapped and 2 groups of men going after her for different reasons. One group is the pair of actual kidnappers who plan to sell her for a large ransom fee. The other group was hired by the kidnapped girl's father to recue her. Group one is obvi the bad group and also the group trying to eliminate the friend group who are just trying to climb the isolated cliffs with questionable weather. This was a very action-heavy movie which is usually not my vibe, but it's a nice change from the slow-burn horror movies usually fall into. This movie wasn't what I expected at all!
