Baghead

One of the best endings to a horror movie. I love that Iris eventually becomes Baghead in full divine power. If Neil hadn't been so greedy (and weird about seeing his deceased wife) he would have had a muchhhh better outcome. He unfortunately chose a path where the outcome was both his mother coming back to life to break his arms, his wife coming back to bash his head in, and Iris coming back to throw a chair at his face. Well deserved! He let Iris go while she was struggling on the roof in order to take over the dead and expected her to help him after summoning her to sign his name??? That didn't make sense to me, however, that is what brought about such a good ending. You see, because Iris was summoned by Baghead she became in control of herself as the deed-owner of the pub. She was finally able to walk out of there like nothing freaking happened (except she burned the place to the ground).  Baghead is actually a witch that was abused by a cult for her powers. She was doomed to stay in that basement of the pub as a sort of way to keep her powers accessible (and probably hidden) for the use of the Brotherhood cult. I will also point out that Iris had a really good friend who she didn't appreciate until she was gone. That scene where Iris finds her dead and the person she was talking to in the tunnels was actually Baghead sort of made me emotional. I couldn't imagine losing one of my best friends and that right there struck a nerve, I guess. My friends are my entire world (whether they like it or not). The only part of the movie I didn't really like and gave it an unnecessary cheese factor was that Baghead at Iris's phone at the end?...like she really at that whole electronic brick? I wish they could have made her artifacts something like a piece of jewelry or something like they did with the other people. I kept thinking "what if Baghead brings back the original owner of the phone?" lol that's just me picking the movie apart though. This movie had a lot of good concepts and was done decently. I enjoyed it!
