Why is this guy me when I go hiking...or when I go on a first date with a woman? The random scream he does send me soarrrring. It's so random and unsettling. Maybe I should try that on my next date? This is my third time watching this film? This one is just a good time! Although I will have to admit that the trope of crazy white men doing weird shit in the woods does get redundant. This one gets a pass though because the movie is decent and this guy seems fun! Ok so maybe he lied about filming a documentary for his son...ok maybe he bragged about R wording his wife in the middle of the night in a wolf mask...ok maybe he stalked and killed the guy who filmed the doc...but besides all that he seems genuine! Tell me why this is how people ignore other's red flags. I mean I have my own ongoing list of red flags, but why did the film dude meet with him at the park after being sent all that weird shit! I think he might have some abandonment wound issues to heal. I do too...its ok. Overall, this movie is great one for people who like found footage movies and movies that follow how unhinged a character gets over time. This guy never looked "normal" in the beginning to me, however, but what is normal? Maybe normal is having eyes that are not always so distant you wonder if they are truly there.
